We are excited to highlight a feature of our Imalytics software, the Scribble Tool.
Given the importance of segmentation in any analysis workflow, we are on a mission to simplify this process for our users! While the most common method of isolating ROIs is a lengthy process of drawing slice by slice, the scribble tool enables an interactive method of delineating region boundaries in just a few slices. Once some “scribbles” are drawn in 2D, our software interpolates a 3D wireframe, and connects the region to form a class. The segmentation can also be adjusted incrementally, allowing Imalytics` users to perfect their analysis. Through a shallow learning approach, our software learns the segmentation from the user’s input. Here’s an example of the scribble tool in action, displayed on a CT of a mouse spleen.
We are thrilled to announce that Gremse-IT will be attending the World Molecular Imaging Congress (WMIC) 2024 in Montreal held by the World Molecular Imaging Society!

Very interesting research from our very own Diana Möckel! In this work, she demonstrated that inhibiting the CCL2-CCR2 pathway in a breast cancer mouse model induces vascular normalization and reduced the presence of harmful immune cells, therefore improving drug delivery and effectiveness.
The#imalytics was used to analyze three dimensional volume renderings from CT and Fluorescence data for qualitative and quantitative results across multiple time points.
